Trueform is a leading manufacturer, installer and maintainer of public transport infrastructure hardware, including street furniture, bus shelters, canopies, walkways, electronic displays and construction related metal fabrications.

The company is looking to recruit a high calibre Project/ Contract Manager to assist in the management and delivery of the company’s contracts within the West Midlands/ Birmingham area as well as the Southern Midland area.

The successful candidate must be commercially astute and able to demonstrate a proven track record of project / contract management ideally within the construction, highways, street furniture or passenger transport industry.

The candidate will be required to coordinate with the company’s internal manufacturing departments, manage suppliers, civils subcontractors and undertake client liaison to ensure the timely, efficient and profitable delivery of projects.

The ideal candidate will be, self-motivated, highly organized with excellent oral, written, communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will also have a degree, HNC or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, SMSTS, NRSWA, CSCS & IOSH certification is advantageous.
